Hoe jouw werk concreet impact heeft

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat commerciële dossiers en internationale projecten vlot verlopen.

Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en interne teams en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief en organisatorisch perfect wordt opgevolgd.

Je dagelijkse activiteiten bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam door offertes, bestellingen en klantdossiers nauwkeurig op te volgen en ervoor te zorgen dat alle informatie correct geregistreerd wordt.
  • Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met internationale klanten, architecten en partners, waarbij je vragen professioneel beantwoordt en dossiers verder opvolgt.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten en bestellingen, zodat deadlines en afspraken gerespecteerd worden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals productie, design, R&D en logistiek om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten efficiënt worden gerealiseerd.
  • Je detecteert mogelijke knelpunten en denkt actief mee na over praktische oplossingen en verbeteringen in processen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich correct geïnformeerd, ondersteund en professioneel begeleid voelen tijdens het volledige traject.

  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
