Voor onze klant, actief in machinebouw, zoek ik een commerciële medewerker voor de verdere uitbouw van de spare parts afdeling.

Jouw rol als Internal Sales:

  • Je volgt het volledige spare parts-proces op, van aanvraag tot levering
  • Je zoekt uit welke wisselstukken, upgrades of technische oplossingen de klant nodig heeft
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en ziet kansen voor upgrades, verbeteringen en preventief onderhoud
  • Je bouwt sterke klantenrelaties op en gaat regelmatig internationaal op klantenbezoek (± 30%)
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering, Service, Productie en Logistiek om alles vlot te laten verlopen
  • Je denkt mee over hoe processen en workflows beter en efficiënter kunnen
  • Je combineert in deze rol techniek, klantencontact, internationale contacten en commerciële opportuniteiten

Jouw profiel als Internal Sales:

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond (vnl. mechanisch) en kent bij voorkeur de wereld van machinebouw
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Engels
  • Je hebt ervaring met verkoop, prijzen en werken met een ERP-systeem
  • Je legt technische informatie duidelijk en begrijpelijk uit
  • Je bent enthousiast, neemt initiatief en ziet commerciële kansen
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden opgevolgd
  • Je bent klantgericht en bouwt graag een goede, langdurige relatie op
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt graag het overzicht
  • Je bent bereid om 30% van de tijd te reizen voor het werk (vnl. binnen Europa)
