Internationaal groeien met West-Vlaamse nuchterheid

Deze West-Vlaamse KMO ontwikkelt en produceert accessoires voor honden en katten en groeide uit tot een internationale speler met een vestiging in België en de Verenigde Staten. Hun producten worden wereldwijd verdeeld via bekende retailers zoals Aldi, Action en Aveve.

In België werken ongeveer 80 medewerkers mee aan de verdere groei. De cultuur is direct, betrokken en ondernemend: mensen kennen elkaar, overleggen dagelijks en zeggen waar het op staat. Geen vakjesmentaliteit, wel verantwoordelijkheid nemen, meedenken en elkaar vooruithelpen. Door verdere groei wordt het Internal Sales team versterkt.

Jij houdt klanten en orders in beweging

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben je het commerciële en administratieve aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je bewaakt het volledige traject van bestelling tot levering en zorgt ervoor dat interne afdelingen en klanten steeds over de juiste informatie beschikken.

  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen van A tot Z op in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je controleert orders en commerciële afspraken voor ze verder verwerkt worden.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens, productfiches en technische en logistieke informatie correct en actueel.
  • Voor nieuwe artikelen verzamel je de nodige gegevens bij External Sales of rechtstreeks bij de klant.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen, opmerkingen en klachten.
  • Je communiceert rechtstreeks met professionele aankopers en retailklanten.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met productieplanning, transport, boekhouding en sales.
  • Je bereidt productstalen voor en volgt de verzending ervan op.
  • Excel gebruik je dagelijks voor opvolging en analyse. Werken met draaitabellen is daarom belangrijk.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en grijpt in wanneer informatie ontbreekt, een bestelling dreigt vast te lopen of een klant bijkomende opvolging nodig heeft.

Het takenpakket kan mee evolueren volgens jouw kennis en ervaring. Hierdoor krijg je ruimte om extra verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen en verder te groeien binnen Internal Sales.

Ondernemend, klantgericht en met voldoende drive

Je houdt ervan om zaken vooruit te krijgen en wacht niet tot iemand iedere stap voor jou bepaalt. Tegelijk werk je gestructureerd en verlies je details niet uit het oog wanneer verschillende klanten en bestellingen tegelijk aandacht vragen.

Je communiceert gemakkelijk, bent klantgericht en staat stevig genoeg in je schoenen om rechtstreeks met ervaren aankoopmanagers te schakelen. Je bent joviaal en toegankelijk, maar ook volwassen en professioneel in je communicatie.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Excel en kunt werken met draaitabellen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus. Ervaring met retailklanten is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands, Frans en Engels zeer goed.
  • Je combineert commerciële feeling met administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen.
  • Je bent down-to-earth, ondernemend en brengt energie in het team.
