Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je het commerciële team bij de dagelijkse opvolging van dossiers. Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve en commerciële afhandeling van het volledige proces, van aanvraag tot facturatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en opvolgen van een toegewezen klantenportefeuille.
  • Opstellen en verwerken van offertes, bestellingen en administratieve documenten.
  • Controleren van uitvoeringsvoorwaarden en opvolgen van lopende orders.
  • Ondersteunen van het commerciële buitendienstteam.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten.
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en bieden van een professionele service.
  • Verwerken en analyseren van gegevens in diverse systemen.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Frans uitstekend.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Excel.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Affiniteit met technische of gespecialiseerde producten is een meerwaarde.
