We zijn op zoek naar een Inside Sales Medewerker die graag telefonisch in contact staat met klanten en hen verder helpt.

In deze functie ben je de schakel tussen de klanten en het salesteam.

Hierbij een overzicht van jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met bestaande klanten via telefoon, e-mail en berichten.
  • Je volgt klanten wekelijks, tweewekelijks of driewekelijks op om te bekijken of ze een nieuwe bestelling willen plaatsen.
  • Je benadert actief nieuwe klanten en bouwt mee aan een sterke klantenportefeuille.
  • Je behandelt klantvragen en volgt offertes nauwgezet op.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossing.
  • Je centraliseert alle klantencontacten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging, zodat de vertegenwoordigers zich volledig kunnen focussen op hun klantenbezoeken.
  • Je spot commerciële opportuniteiten en denkt proactief mee over nieuwe mogelijkheden.

Profiel

Beschik jij over onderstaande kenmerken?

  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en haalt energie uit veel telefonisch klantencontact.
  • Je blijft bellen, mailen en doorzetten tot als je de klant aan de lijn krijgt!
  • Je hebt een echte passie voor voeding en voelt je thuis in de horecasector.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al een eerste commerciële ervaring achter de rug.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt de discipline om klanten consequent op te volgen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en houdt het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels.
