Wat ga je doen?.

Als Internal sales medewerker ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten, de buitendienst en interne afdelingen zoals productieplanning, transport en boekhouding. Je beheert het hele proces van a tot z:

  • Klantenservice: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen, opmerkingen of klachten over hun projecten of orders.
  • Orderbeheer: Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen nauwgezet in ons ERP-systeem en controleert of ze aan alle gemaakte afspraken voldoen.
  • Databeheer: Je houdt klantgegevens en productfiches (technische en logistieke info) up-to-date en verzamelt info om nieuwe artikelen aan te maken.
  • Stalenbeheer: Je maakt productstalen klaar, controleert ze en volgt de verzending ervan op.
  • Ervaring & Opleiding: Je hebt een bachelor-diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Recente ervaring binnen de retailsector is een absolute must.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Skills: Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je combineert administratieve precisie met een commerciele, klantgerichte mindset. Je bent proactief, organisatorisch sterk en kunt vlot schakelen tussen projecten zonder details te verliezen. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Klantenservice: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen, opmerkingen of klachten over hun projecten of orders.
