Voor een dynamische onderneming in Dottignies, zoeken we een Internal Sales Medewerker. Het is een veelzijdige commerciële functie waarin klantencontact, administratie en projectcoördinatie centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job concreet in?

  • Offertes uitwerken en proactief opvolgen tot de bestelling.
  • Klantendossiers van A tot Z beheren.
  • Overzicht houden over verschillende projecten en tijdig ingrijpen wanneer iets dreigt vast te lopen.
  • In contact staan met de afdelingen Creatie, Productie, Logistiek en Aankoop en zorgen voor een vlotte opvolging.
  • Klantenrelaties onderhouden en commerciële opportuniteiten signaleren aan Sales.
  • Orders correct verwerken van bestelling tot facturatie.
  • Aftersales ondersteuning en klachten operationeel opvolgen.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere interne processen.

Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans en weet verschillende dossiers tegelijk gestructureerd op te volgen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Digitaal sterk en vertrouwd met MS Office.
  • Ervaring met een ERP- of CRM-systeem is mooi meegenomen.
  • Nauwkeurig, klantgericht en stressbestendig.
  • Matuur en kritisch ingesteld.
  • Iemand die initiatief neemt en problemen liever voorkomt dan achteraf oplost.
