Onze klant met vestigingen in Ieper en Kortrijk ondersteunt verzekeringsmakelaars met slimme oplossingen rond klantencontact, schadebeheer en marketing. Zo helpen we hen groeien én nemen we hen werk uit handen.

Om onze ambities waar te maken, zoeken we een gedreven Internal Sales Medewerker die actief bijdraagt aan onze verdere commerciële groei.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben je een cruciale schakel in ons commercieel team. Je onderhoudt relaties met bestaande klanten, volgt opportuniteiten actief op en begeleidt nieuwe klanten in hun kennismaking met onze diensten.

  • Je detecteert en benut commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Je neemt proactief telefonisch contact op met prospecten
  • Je stelt offertes op en licht deze helder toe aan klanten
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van de administratie
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne teams
  • In deze rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte voor initiatief en directe impact op onze groei.

Wij zoeken iemand met commerciële drive, een positieve mindset en een professionele aanpak.

Jij:

  • communiceert vlot en professioneel
  • haalt energie uit telefonisch klantencontact
  • bent commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht
  • werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee
  • kan zelfstandig werken én functioneert goed in team
  • drukt je professioneel uit in het Nederlands en Frans
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs

Ervaring in sales, customer service of commerciële binnendienst is een plus, maar motivatie, maturiteit en attitude zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
