Wil je een commerciële en administratieve functie waarin je rechtstreeks contact hebt met klanten én nauw samenwerkt met sales, productie, transport en boekhouding? In deze rol volg je klantbestellingen van begin tot einde op en zorg je ervoor dat orders correct en tijdig verwerkt worden. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, initiatief te nemen en jezelf professioneel te ontwikkelen binnen een groeiende familiale omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, de salesafdeling en de verschillende interne diensten. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van klantaanvragen en bestellingen en ondersteunt zo de collega’s van de salesafdeling.

Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je controleert orders voordat ze worden opgestart en gaat na of ze voldoen aan de afgesproken voorwaarden.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens en productfiches continu up-to-date, inclusief technische en logistieke informatie.
  • Je verzamelt alle informatie die nodig is om nieuwe artikelen in het ERP-systeem aan te maken. Hiervoor stem je af met collega’s van external sales en neem je indien nodig contact op met de klant.
  • Je volgt bestellingen op van begin tot einde en stemt hiervoor af met productieplanning, transport, boekhouding en andere interne diensten.
  • Je houdt de klant op de hoogte en bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen, opmerkingen, complimenten en klachten over projecten en orders.
  • Je maakt stalen klaar, controleert ze, informeert de klant en volgt de verzending op.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en ondersteunt de commerciële werking vanuit een administratief sterke rol.

Wie ben jij?

Dit heb je nodig:

  • Je hebt een bachelor-diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt recente ervaring binnen de retailsector.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en communiceert vlot in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met de courante Office-programma’s.
  • Je kunt verschillende projecten en bestellingen tegelijk opvolgen zonder belangrijke details uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s en stemt actief af met de verschillende betrokken diensten.
  • Je combineert sterke administratieve vaardigheden met een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt klantgericht en pakt vragen of problemen oplossingsgericht aan.
