Jouw uitdaging

Als Internal Sales Medewerker ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt tussen klanten, sales en interne diensten. Je combineert klantencontact, commerciële ondersteuning en administratieve opvolging in een afwisselende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid.

Je taken:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen via ERP-systemen en klantenportalen.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen rond leveringen, voorraad, facturatie en operationele dossiers.
  • Proactief informeren van klanten over de status van bestellingen en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten en assortiment.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor key accounts.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Sales, Aankoop, Account Managers en Logistiek.
  • Opvolgen en optimaliseren van leveringsplanningen.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en klantgerichte oplossingen.

Wat maakt jou succesvol?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, customer service of sales support.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en administratief sterk.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en durft professioneel Frans te gebruiken.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het drukker wordt.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en houdt van verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een groeiende onderneming waar flexibiliteit en initiatief belangrijk zijn.
