Voor onze klant, een internationaal TOP bedrijf, zoek ik een commercieel sales talent voor de Franstalige en Engelstalige B2B-klanten in Europa.

Wat houdt jouw rol als Internal Sales Medewerker?

  • Als Internal Sales Medewerker volg je de klanten in Vlaanderen en de overzeese gebieden in Frankrijk commercieel op: Je volgt de aangevraagde stalen op Je neemt telefonisch contact op ivm de nieuwe collectie Je maakt prijsafspraken
  • Je bent back-up voor Wallonië en andere landen bij afwezigheden van jouw collega's
  • Verder beantwoord je vragen van klanten ivm hun bestellingen (via telefoon of mail)
  • Je verwerkt de orders
  • Je registreert & coördineert de levering met klant en interne afdelingen (sales, planning & transport)
  • Je geeft commerciële ondersteuning aan jouw external sales collega's
  • Je anticipeert op vragen van klanten en beheert hun orderboek
  • Je volgt de klanten op van a tot z
  • Je werkt samen als team, bij afwezigheden collega's spring je bij waar nodig
  • Indien gewenst krijg je extra projecten of verantwoordelijkheden

Wat verwachten we van jou als Internal Sales Medewerker?

  • Je genoot een bachelor of master diploma (Communicatie, Economie, Toerisme, Transport of Taal) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Pas afgestudeerd? Welkom!
  • Je bent computervaardig: vlotte kennis MS Office, kennis SAP = pluspunt
  • Je haalt energie uit telefonisch contact met interne en externe partijen
  • Je houdt van orde en netheid en bent dan ook een zeer nauwkeurige werker
  • Je hecht belang aan een correcte opvolging
