Alfa Shirt is op zijn beurt onderdeel van de Europese holding van Steenberge Invest die onderdak biedt aan diverse bedrijven in de hout- en platensector én textielbranche.

Voor onze vestiging in Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste :

INTERNAL SALES MEDEWERKER

Hou je van klantencontact, werk je nauwkeurig en volg je graag alles tot in de puntjes op? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken.

Welk profiel zoeken wij ?

· Je werkt punctueel, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.

· Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot en professioneel.

· Je kunt verschillende orders tegelijk opvolgen en behoudt daarbij het overzicht.

· Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.

· Je werkt graag samen met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.

· Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels ; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

· Ervaring met orderverwerking of klantenservice : een pluspunt !

· Affiniteit met textiel en personalisatie is een troef, maar geen vereiste.

Waaruit bestaat jouw takenpakket ?

· Je voert binnenkomende orders correct in.

· Je volgt bestellingen nauwkeurig op van bevestiging tot levering.

· Je bestelt de nodige goederen via ons geautomatiseerde systeem.

· Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers over beschikbaarheden en levertermijnen.

· Je informeert klanten over de voortgang van hun bestelling.

· Je stemt lopende orders af met de account managers, grafische dienst en productie.

· Je bewaakt deadlines en communiceert proactief bij wijzigingen of vertragingen.
