Voor een groeiende producent en distributeur van hygiëne- en schoonmaakproducten zijn wij op zoek naar een Internal Sales Medewerker met een sterke commerciële feeling en een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. In deze rol word je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en productie. Je krijgt de kans om mee te denken over offertes, marges, verpakkingen en klantgerichte oplossingen binnen een omgeving waar initiatief en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

  • Ondersteunen van de externe salescollega’s bij het opmaken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Dagelijks klantencontact onderhouden, voornamelijk met bestaande klanten
  • Bestellingen administratief verwerken en opvolgen
  • Meedenken over marges en commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Klachten behandelen en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging
  • Product- en klantinformatie beheren en actualiseren
  • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van verpakkingen en het opmaken van etiketten
  • Intensief afstemmen met productie en sales over prijzen, leveringstermijnen en eventuele vertragingen
  • Voorraad opvolgen en mee waken over een efficiënte planning
  • Werken met het ERP-systeem Odoo
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 à 7 jaar relevante ervaring in internal sales of customer service
  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en denkt graag oplossingsgericht mee
  • Affiniteit met technische producten is mooi meegenomen
