Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten en bouwt mee aan langdurige relaties
  • Je beheert offertes en orders van A tot Z, tot aan de voorbereiding van de facturatie
  • Je ondersteunt de sales manager en werkt nauw samen met de service-afdeling
  • Je houdt je bezig met het plaatsen van bestellingen en het bewaken van de stock
  • Klachten? Jij behandelt ze professioneel en zorgt ervoor dat ze effectief worden opgevolgd
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met een enthousiast technisch team en draagt actief bij aan een goede sfeer
  • Op het einde van de dag ben je trots op de deadlines die je samen met collega’s hebt gehaald
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans, Nederlands, Engels én Duits, wat nodig is in contact met internationale leveranciers
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig met technische informatie
