Ze willen graag hun team in Kortrijk versterken met een enthousiaste Internal Sales FR/ENG.

Jouw functie als Internal Sales NL/FR/ENG Als Internal Sales FR/ENG ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het commerciële team. Je vormt samen met de externe salescollega’s het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen van offerte tot oplossing. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met technische affiniteit en adviseert klanten bij het vinden van de meest geschikte oplossing. Daarnaast volg je aanvragen, prijzen en offertes nauwgezet op en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging. Je denkt actief mee over nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en ondersteunt het sales team bij het identificeren van potentiële klanten.

  • Een bachelordiploma in een commerciële of taalkundige richting? Mooi meegenomen, maar gelijkwaardige ervaring is zeker ook welkom.
  • Klantencontact geeft je energie en je weet als geen ander hoe je een duurzame klantenrelatie opbouwt.
  • Frans en Engels? Je spreekt en schrijft beide talen vlot en voelt je comfortabel in een internationale context.
  • Een gezonde interesse in techniek en het vermogen om je snel in nieuwe producten en oplossingen in te werken.
  • Organiseren, opvolgen en deadlines bewaken: daar krijg je net energie van.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en initiatief tonen zit in je natuur.
  • Enthousiast, ondernemend en proactief: je wacht niet af, maar denkt graag mee en komt zelf met ideeën.
