Internal Sales Representative - Regio Kinrooi voltijdse functie

Als Internal Sales Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille van ongeveer 500 klanten. Je gaat actief aan de slag om klanten te benaderen via telefoon, e-mail en SAP, waarbij je bestellingen stimuleert en klantrelaties versterkt. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van je taken:

  • Beheer van een toegewezen klantenpool.
  • Proactief benaderen van klanten om hun behoeften te identificeren en relevante producten voor te stellen.
  • Customer service bieden aan je klantenpool: opvolgen van vragen, klachten en leveringen.
  • Lichte technische ondersteuning geven aan klanten.
  • Reactiveren van slapende klanten en hen betrekken bij ons aanbod.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en administratieve verwerking in SAP.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, vragen we een vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Frans, evenals goede kennis van het Engels. Duits is een pluspunt. Je hebt ervaring in customer service of interne sales en affiniteit met technische producten.

  • Ervaring met SAP of ERP-systemen is gewenst.
  • Je bent proactief, collegiaal en hands-on ingesteld.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen.
