Voor een innovatieve en internationaal actieve producent zoeken we een Internal Sales Representative die een sleutelrol opneemt binnen de commerciële binnendienst. Je ondersteunt de salesafdeling en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een professionele en vlotte service.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ondersteunt de salesafdeling bij vragen rond producten, toepassingen, prijzen en commerciële dossiers.
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op tot aan de orderfase.
  • Je vertaalt klantvragen naar duidelijke en correcte voorstellen.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en volgt opportuniteiten proactief op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij prospectie, klantbezoeken en beurzen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales, engineering, order entry en marketing.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en dossieropvolging.
  • Je fungeert als rechterhand van de Sales Director.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen commerciële binnendienst of internal sales is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met technische producten en commerciële processen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van Duits is een troef.
