The posting

Je bent het commercieel aanspreekpunt op de afdeling Internal Sales voor je klanten. Samen met een toegewezen Account Manager ben jij verantwoordelijke voor een bepaalde regio en bijhorende klanten en prospecten.

Je ben dé spil binnen ons bedrijf, waar je klanten van A tot Z begeleidt met een uitstekende service. Dit betekent een zeer gevarieerd takenpakket!

Zowel via mail als telefonisch ga je klantgericht tewerk. Je helpt bij offerte-opmaak, stemt voor de prijssetting af met je vertegenwoordiger en staat dagelijks in voor orderverwerking van meer dan 12000 producten. Is een product niet voorradig? Dan denk je graag commercieel mee met de klant om een pasklare oplossing te vinden. Je speelt proactief in op hun behoeften. Of het nu gaat om het voorstellen van nieuwe producten, het optimaliseren van hun bestellingen of het heractiveren van een vroegere samenwerking — jij zorgt dat ze zich gehoord én geholpen voelen.

Maar daar stopt het niet. Transportopvolging, klachtenbehandeling, rapportage en goede nazorg zijn cruciaal voor onze klanten.

We hebben een aanbod van meer dan 13.000 verschillende artikelen en maken deel uit van de Belgische top inzake schoonmaakoplossingen.

Salubris is vandaag een ervaren referentie binnen de zorgsector, maar is daarnaast ook een belangrijke speler in de educatieve sector en leverancier voor steden en gemeenten en bedrijven. Daarnaast belevert Salubris ook een netwerk van gespecialiseerde dealers. Kortom we zijn in alle sector actief!

Je hebt een bachelor-denkniveau en een commercieel administratieve achtergrond geniet de voorkeur maar je persoonlijkheid zal primeren! Je hebt een sterke hands-on mentaliteit aangevuld met een commerciële mindset. Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een degelijke kennis van Frans is vereist om al je klanten op een professionele manier te woord te kunnen staan.

Daarnaast heb je goede computervaardigheden en kan vlot overweg met Excel. Denk hierbij aan rapportering, draaitabellen, grafieken…

Je hebt een creatief meedenkend vermogen om mee nieuwe ideeën te genereren.

Zelfstandig werken is belangrijk maar teamspirit evenveel. Je kan nauw samenwerken met je toegewezen Account Manager om samen een uitmuntende klantenservice te voorzien. Je bent bereid om bij te springen bij een collega waar nodig.
