Onze klant gelegen te Aarschot is al meer dan 25 jaar actief als toonaangevend leverancier van kwaliteitsvolle bedrijfskleding, werkkleding en promotioneel textiel. Al hun items in stock kunnen gepersonaliseerd worden.

Liever iets helemaal op maat? Hun specialisten staan je bij van ontwerp tot levering.

Ter ondersteuning van het team zijn ze opzoek naar een INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT.

In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, leveranciers en het sales team. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden en van A tot Z opgevolgd zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en beantwoordt inkomende telefoons.

Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en leveranciers en volgt de volledige orderflow van A tot Z op.

Je ondersteunt het externe sales team bij de administratieve en commerciële opvolging.

Je neemt telefonisch contact op met potentiële klanten en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je behandelt klachten op een professionele manier, onderzoekt wat er fout liep en zoekt samen met de klant naar een geschikte oplossing.

Je volgt backorders op en verwerkt retours.

Je zorgt voor een correcte facturatie, maakt creditnota's op en volgt openstaande betalingen verder op.

Je houdt het CRM-systeem up-to-date.

Je werkt nauw samen met het externe sales team en zorgt ervoor dat de interne opvolging vlot verloopt.

  • We zoeken iemand die commercieel ingesteld is, maar tegelijk ook sterk is in administratie en opvolging.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt een goede service belangrijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt gemakkelijk het overzicht bewaren over verschillende dossiers en taken.
  • Je houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving en leert graag nieuwe zaken bij.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent vlot met Microsoft Office, waaronder Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en kunt je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Affiniteit of een passie voor textiel is een mooie extra troef.
