Als Customer Service - Internal Sales neem je het volledige orderproces in handen en vorm je de schakel tussen klanten, sales en verschillende interne afdelingen. De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Internal Sales:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en hen verder helpen met uiteenlopende vragen.
  • Het volledige orderproces van A tot Z beheren en nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Klantendossiers opstellen en ervoor zorgen dat alle informatie correct en actueel blijft.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de collega's van de buitendienst.
  • Nieuwe producten samen met productontwikkeling verder opvolgen.
  • Klanten informeren over hun bestellingen, producten en lopende dossiers.
  • Intern afstemmen met verschillende afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Regelmatig schakelen met onder andere productie en logistiek.
  • Proactief dossiers opvolgen en tijdig actie ondernemen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen over jouw klanten en orders.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een dynamische familiale KMO in de ruime regio rond Lokeren. Binnen de organisatie werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals sales, productontwikkeling, productie en logistiek. De korte communicatielijnen en brede verantwoordelijkheid zorgen ervoor dat je als Internal Sales een belangrijke schakel vormt tussen de klant en de interne organisatie. Wie jij bent als Internal Sales:

  • Bachelordiploma binnen een commerciële richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Goede kennis van het Frans om klanten vlot te woord te kunnen staan.
  • Een goede basiskennis Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Proactieve en resultaatgerichte manier van werken.
  • Initiatief durven nemen en niet wachten tot iemand aangeeft wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Flexibel kunnen omgaan met verschillende vragen en prioriteiten.
  • Gemotiveerde teamplayer die graag samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en sterk in het opvolgen van verschillende dossiers.
  • Zowel autonoom als binnen een team goed kunnen functioneren.
