Je komt terecht bij een professionele elektrotechnische groothandel met ruim 55.000 referenties op voorraad. Dankzij sterke technische expertise, digitale oplossingen en flexibele levermogelijkheden worden klanten van advies tot levering ondersteund.

Als Internal Technical Sales Advisor ben je het commerciële en technische aanspreekpunt voor elektrische installateurs. Je analyseert hun behoeften, werkt oplossingen en offertes uit en volgt het volledige traject op tot bestelling en levering.

- Je staat dagelijks via verschillende kanalen in contact met professionele klanten en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op. - Je luistert naar de klantbehoefte en vertaalt die naar een geschikte technische en commerciële oplossing. - Je maakt prijsoffertes op basis van een uitgebreid elektrotechnisch productengamma. - Je bespreekt en verdedigt offertes commercieel en volgt ze nauwgezet op met als doel ze om te zetten in bestellingen. - Je verwerkt goedgekeurde offertes tot bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging. - Je geeft technisch advies en schakelt gespecialiseerde collega's in wanneer extra expertise nodig is. - Je volgt levertermijnen, voorraadstatussen, geplande leveringen en lopende opdrachten op. - Je informeert klanten proactief over commerciële acties en opportuniteiten en zet gericht in op cross-selling. - Je werkt nauw samen met de commerciële buitendienst, logistieke collega's en partner-leveranciers. - Je blijft je productkennis ontwikkelen via interne opleidingen en trainingen bij partner-leveranciers. - Je rapporteert aan de Branch Manager en krijgt tegelijk ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Je bent leergierig en bereid om regelmatig product- en technische opleidingen te volgen. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt steeds mee vanuit de behoefte van de klant.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Relevante technische of commerciële kennis is een pluspunt.

- Vakkennis: Goede kennis van elektrotechnische producten en oplossingen, commerciële klantenopvolging, offertebeheer en cross-selling.

- Talenkennis: Zeer goed Nederlands
