Als Internationaal Commercieel Coördinator bij Touwfabriek Langman krijg je volop verantwoordelijkheid binnen een internationale productieorganisatie in Nijkerk. Waarom moet je voor deze baan kiezen? Brede zelfstandige rol met veel afwisseling, vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid Internationale scope met veel Engelstalig klantcontact Nuchtere en informele werksfeer met een gezellige vrijdagmiddagborrel Wat ga je doen Als Internationaal Commercieel Coördinator ben jij de schakel tussen klant, productie en transport. Samen met de eigenaar Jan en directe collega Floris zorg je ervoor dat klanten, zowel nationaal als internationaal, snel en goed worden geholpen. De lijnen zijn kort, waardoor je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en echt invloed hebt op het eindresultaat. De afwisseling maakt deze functie bijzonder. De ene dag werk je een offerte uit voor een klant in het buitenland, regel je een transport of overleg je met de productie over een maatwerkoplossing. De volgende dag ontvang je klanten in Nijkerk of vertegenwoordig je Touwfabriek Langman op een (internationale) vakbeurs. Geen standaard functie dus, maar een rol waarin commercie, techniek en persoonlijk contact samenkomen. - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Verwerken van orders en administratieve werkzaamheden; - Onderhouden van klantrelaties in binnen- en buitenland; - Organiseren en onderhandelen over transporten; - Inkopen van handelsgoederen; - Beheren en actualiseren van de webshop; - Ontvangen van klanten op kantoor en verzorgen van productinformatie; - Bezoeken van (internationale) vakbeurzen; - Bij afwezigheid van de eigenaar zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat de dagelijkse commerciële werkzaamheden ongestoord doorgaan.
