Bij een machinebouwer in Hillegom werk je aan de montage en installatie van sorteermachines voor klanten in Europa. Je combineert mechanische en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden met coördinatie, kwaliteitscontroles en het oplossen van storingen. Installatieperiodes duren doorgaans 4 tot 8 weken, waarvan je minimaal 2 weken aaneengesloten op locatie werkt. Functie-inhoud - Je helpt sorteermachines monteren en verzenden voorafgaand aan installatie. - Je installeert sorteermachines op klantlocaties in Europa. - Je coördineert de werkzaamheden tijdens de installatie. - Je controleert en rapporteert de kwaliteit van aangeleverde producten. - Je controleert en rapporteert de kwaliteit van assemblage en installatie. - Je verhelpt storingen aan bestaande machines en rapporteert je bevindingen. - Je stelt interne voortgangsrapportages op. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een relevante technische opleiding op mbo+/hbo-niveau in werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek. - Je hebt vanuit werktuigbouwkunde ook elektrotechnische ervaring, of andersom. - Je kunt in het buitenland werken en bent bereid tot reizen en meerweekse verblijven binnen Europa. - Je bent minimaal één jaar in het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Je beheerst de Engelse taal; Frans, Spaans of Duits is een pré. - Je hebt bij voorkeur een VCA VOL-certificaat of een vergelijkbaar buitenlands certificaat. - Ervaring met machine-installatie is een pré. Aanbod - Een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur per week. - Een detavastconstructie. - Internationaal werk op klantlocaties binnen Europa. - Afwisseling tussen montage, installatie, coördinatie en storingswerk.
