Je stelt machines en complete productielijnen in bedrijf bij klanten wereldwijd voor een machinebouwer in Zaandam. Je controleert de mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechnische werking en lost storingen zelfstandig op met de middelen die op locatie beschikbaar zijn. Het werk vraagt om regelmatig reizen en flexibiliteit: een verblijf in het buitenland kan door vertragingen langer duren. Functie-inhoud - Controleer montage, installatie en systeemaansluitingen aan de hand van tekeningen en schema’s. - Voer mechanische, elektrische en besturingstechnische tests uit en verzorg opstart en proefruns. - Beoordeel testresultaten op veiligheid, machinespecificaties, afgesproken productiecapaciteit en productkwaliteit. - Analyseer en verhelp problemen tijdens montage, installatie en inbedrijfstelling. - Controleer de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en gereedschappen en tref de benodigde veiligheidsmaatregelen. - Verdeel werkzaamheden onder klanttechnici en ingehuurde medewerkers en draag kennis over gebruik en onderhoud over. - Leg machinegegevens en testresultaten vast in checklists en rapporteer de voortgang aan betrokken afdelingen. Functie-eisen - Je hebt mbo+-niveau en minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring. - Je hebt gedegen mechanische kennis en voldoende inzicht in elektrische installaties en besturingssystemen. - Je begrijpt elektronische, hydraulische en pneumatische werkingsprincipes en leest bijbehorende tekeningen en schema’s. - Je analyseert storingen systematisch en beheerst meet- en afsteltechnieken. - Je doorgrondt productieprocessen, machinefuncties en materialen om technische problemen op te lossen. - Je kent de relevante arbo-, veiligheids- en milieuregels en de wetgeving rond werktijden. - Je bent bereid regelmatig internationaal te reizen en kunt zelfstandig improviseren bij taalbarrières, ontbrekende middelen en gewijzigde planningen.
