Je pakt aanvragen snel op, denkt mee over de beste oplossing en zorgt dat kansen worden omgezet in offertes en concrete acties. Met jouw scherpe analyse en energieke opvolging help je Sales Engineers vooruit en draag je direct bij aan onze groei. Dit ga je doen Je werkt nauw samen met Sales Engineers (Onshore & Offshore) en Business Development. Jij bent vaak het eerste contact bij nieuwe aanvragen: je stelt de juiste vragen, vertaalt behoeften naar een passend voorstel en bewaakt de opvolging. Zo zorg je voor een soepele klantreis van eerste gesprek tot en met aftersales. De werkzaamheden zijn o.a.: - Leads proactief opvolgen en kwalificeren (inbound & outbound; warm & koud) - Eerste klantcontact verzorgen, doorvragen en behoeften vertalen naar een heldere aanvraag - Upsell- en cross-sellkansen signaleren bij bestaande klanten - Kansen omzetten naar concrete acties en afspraken voor de Sales Engineers - Als centraal aanspreekpunt schakelen tussen klant, sales en interne teams - Sales Engineers ondersteunen bij het opstellen, versturen en opvolgen van offertes - Bewaken dat commerciële afspraken correct én op tijd worden uitgevoerd - Meedenken over marktontwikkelingen, klantsegmentatie en commerciële verbeterkansen - Nieuwe klanten identificeren, targeten en actief benaderen Dit krijg je - Een zelfstandige rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbare impact - Ruimte voor initiatief, eigenaarschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden binne...
