In deze functie reis je de wereld over, verricht je technische werkzaamheden en werk je aan de nieuwste landbouwmachines, die vaak nog op de markt moeten komen. Als Product Support medewerker zet je jouw technische kennis niet alleen praktisch in, maar word je ook ingezet op projecten om je kennis over te dragen. Je maakt onderdeel uit van ons team die bestaat uit technisch specialisten met allen een passie voor landbouw en werktuigbouwkunde. Je voert wereldwijd maatwerkprojecten uit voor fabrikanten en dealers van landbouwmachines, akkerbouwbedrijven en startups, gericht op technische ondersteuning en advies. Wat ga je doen? - Technische ondersteuning Je voert technische werkzaamheden uit aan met name nieuwe landbouwvoertuigen, waaronder tractoren, maaidorsers en hakselaars - Technische problemen oplossen Met je technische expertise diagnosticeer je problemen en los je ze op, zodat de machine optimaal presteert - Inbedrijfstelling en testen Ook projecten als het inbedrijfstellen, testen in het veld en het verzorgen van demo-tours van nieuwe machines op locatie behoren tot je werkzaamheden - Project management De opdrachten zijn divers en bestaan uit werkzaamheden aan een breed scala aan machines.
