The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Lelystad werk je als Internationaal Service Engineer Besturingstechniek aan machines en productielijnen bij klanten in de machinebouw en procesindustrie. Je coördineert inbedrijfstellingen, past PLC-programma’s van Siemens en Allen Bradley aan en zorgt dat installaties technisch goed functioneren. Je werkterrein omvat verpakkings- en assemblagesystemen, materiaalhandlingsinstallaties en complete productielijnen. Daarbij combineer je besturingstechniek met elektrotechniek en mechanica, van de eerste functionele controles tot het oplossen van storingen tijdens productie. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je zelfstandig of met twee tot vier technici, ondersteund door engineering en projectmanagement. Je analyseert machinegedrag, optimaliseert de besturing en legt operators en onderhoudsdiensten uit hoe zij de installatie gebruiken en onderhouden. Bevindingen vertaal je naar heldere servicerapportages en praktisch advies voor het projectteam. Door uiteenlopende installaties in bedrijf te stellen en te onderhouden, verdiep je je kennis van PLC-diagnose, systeemintegratie en storingsanalyse. Functie-inhoud - Inbedrijfstellingen van machines en productielijnen bij internationale klanten coördineren en uitvoeren - PLC-programma’s van Siemens en Allen Bradley aanpassen en optimaliseren - Elektrotechnische, softwarematige en mechanische storingen analyseren en verhelpen - Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties uitvoeren - Operators en onderhoudsdiensten instrueren over bediening en onderhoud - Servicerapportages en technische beoordelingen opstellen en engineering en service adviseren Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met inbedrijfstelling, onderhoud en storingsanalyse van industriële machines - Kennis van PLC-besturingen van Siemens en Allen Bradley en ervaring met softwareaanpassingen - Elektrotechnische schema’s kun.
