Als Internationaal Service Engineer ben jij het technische geweten en de probleemoplosser voor complexe automatiseringssystemen in de maritieme sector. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, optimaliseren en troubleshooten van geavanceerde elektrische en automatiseringssystemen aan boord van schepen en offshore-installaties wereldwijd. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten waarbij precisie en technisch inzicht essentieel zijn, en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten wanneer het aankomt op technische ondersteuning en systeemoptimalisatie. In deze functie combineer je jouw technische expertise met internationale reizen en klantcontact. Je analyseert storingen op afstand en ter plaatse, voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit, en zorgt ervoor dat complexe systemen optimaal blijven presteren. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het opleiden van klanten en het overdragen van kennis over de geïnstalleerde systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met de engineering- en projectteams om feedback vanuit het veld te vertalen naar verbeteringen in toekomstige ontwerpen. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Het uitvoeren van inbedrijfstellingen, onderhoud en reparaties aan maritieme automatiseringssystemen wereldwijd; - Het analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische storingen aan elektrische en automatiseringssystemen; - Het verzorgen van technische trainingen en ondersteuning voor klanten en eindgebruikers; - Het opstellen van technische rapporten en servicedocumentatie; - Het adviseren van klanten over systeemoptimalisatie en preventief onderhoud; - Het fungeren als schakel tussen klanten en de interne engineering- en projectafdelingen.
