Internationaal Service Expert - Digital Solutions Bij Ridder ontwikkelen we slimme technologie voor telers over de hele wereld. Onze systemen regelen onder meer het klimaat, de watertoevoer, de bemesting, het energiebeheer en de arbeidsregistratie. Zo helpen we telers van groenten, bloemen, planten en bomen om slimmer en duurzamer te produceren. Wat ga je doen? Als Internationaal Service-expert ben jij de schakel tussen IT, software en techniek. Als de helpdesk er niet uitkomt, leggen ze de vraag aan jou voor. Jij zorgt ervoor dat systemen, netwerken, cloudoplossingen en API-koppelingen betrouwbaar functioneren en optimaal samenwerken. De meeste vragen van klanten los je op afstand op, maar ongeveer 20% van je tijd ben je onderweg naar klanten ter plaatse. Van een moderne tomatenkas in Nederland tot een hightech tuinbouwbedrijf in Zuid-Europa of Centraal-Azië: je komt op plekken waar innovatie en voedselproductie samenkomen. Jouw taken - Het configureren en ondersteunen van digitale Ridder-oplossingen. - Het analyseren en oplossen van vraagstukken op het gebied van software, netwerken en API-koppelingen. - Ondersteuning bieden aan klanten, technische diensten en IT-partners wereldwijd. - Implementaties uitvoeren, testen en inbedrijfstellingen ter plaatse. - Ervoor zorgen dat cruciale systemen voor klimaat-, water- en teeltgegevens optimaal blijven functioneren.
