Wir verstärken unser RX-Team und suchen für unseren Standort in 1160 Wien eine*n tatkräftige*n 1 INTERNATIONAL AREA SALES MANAGER PHARMA (M/W/D) .

Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für das Sales- und Profit-Budget Ihrer Exportländer inkl. Forecast-Erstellung

* Stakeholder-Management unserer Distributionspartner zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Zusammenarbeit sowie zur Erreichung der Umsatz- und Profitziele

* Planung, Koordination, Implementierung und Evaluierung von Marketing- und Vertriebsaktivitäten in den betreuten Märkten

* Steuerung und Koordination von Projekten - intern abteilungsübergreifend sowie extern mit Partnerunternehmen

* Regelmäßige Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie Erstellung von Management-Reportings inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen

* Kalkulation und Bewertung von Business Cases als Entscheidungsgrundlage für Portfolio- und Produkteinführungen

* Entwicklung neuer marktbezogener Strategien gemeinsam mit den Distributionspartnern

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Exportmanagement, idealerweise im Pharma- oder FMCG-Umfeld

* Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Skills (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Erprobte Projektmanagement-Kompetenz

* Hohe Markt- und Kundenorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

* Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Analysefähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung

* Offenheit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
