Als International Commissioning Engineer ben jij het technische geweten tijdens de cruciale fase waarin machines en systemen tot leven komen. Je reist naar projectlocaties wereldwijd om complexe sorteer- en verpakkingssystemen in bedrijf te stellen, te testen en op te leveren aan klanten. Je bent de schakel tussen engineering, productie en de klant, en zorgt ervoor dat elk systeem voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen en specificaties. Je werkt nauw samen met lokale teams, traint operators en lost technische uitdagingen op ter plekke. Daarnaast draag je actieve kennis over naar de engineering afdeling om toekomstige projecten te optimaliseren. Jouw takenpakket omvat: - Mechanisch en elektrisch in bedrijf stellen van geavanceerde sorteer- en verpakkingssystemen op internationale projectlocaties; - Uitvoeren van functionele testen en kwaliteitscontroles volgens projectspecificaties en klanteisen; - Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen en afwijkingen tijdens de commissioning fase; - Trainen en instrueren van operators en onderhoudspersoneel bij de klant; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, engineers en klanten over de voortgang en technische vraagstukken; - Documenteren van inbedrijfstellingsprocessen en opstellen van technische rapportages; - Adviseren over procesoptimalisaties en doorvoeren van aanpassingen op locatie; - Overdragen van praktijkervaring en feedback naar de engineering- en productieafdeling.
