Over Thermalux

Thermalux is een Belgische producent van hoogwaardige sauna's en stoomcabines. Vanuit onze productiesite in Herentals werken we voor particuliere klanten en een internationaal dealernetwerk.

Jouw rol

Je begeleidt klanten en dealers vanaf de bestelling tot aan de levering en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt gedurende het hele traject.

Je zorgt ervoor dat orders correct worden opgevolgd, klanten goed geïnformeerd zijn en alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt.

Naarmate je onze producten en werking beter leert kennen, krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een bredere commerciële rol.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Klanten en dealers begeleiden van orderbevestiging tot levering
  • Offertes opmaken en opvolgen
  • Transporten en leveringen coördineren
  • Telefonische en schriftelijke opvolging van klanten en prospects
  • Orders en klantendossiers nauwkeurig opvolgen
  • Aftersales verzorgen
  • Samenwerken met productie en logistiek
  • Op termijn: klanten ontvangen in onze showroom en verkoopgesprekken voeren, zowel persoonlijk als via videocall

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die professioneel, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk is en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je bent:

  • Klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld
  • Nauwkeurig en goed georganiseerd
  • Vlot in telefonische en schriftelijke communicatie
  • Professioneel en representatief in klantcontact
  • Zelfstandig en proactief
  • Vlot met digitale tools
  • Geïnteresseerd in hoogwaardige producten, design en maatwerk

Je hoeft geen ervaren verkoper te zijn. We vinden het belangrijker dat je de juiste commerciële feeling en ambitie hebt om in de rol te groeien.
