- +31 (0)70 360 69 90 - [email protected] International HR Manager For a growing, globally active company (focused on tech, innovation, research, sustainability, and production), we are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial International HR Manager Setting up HR, strategic, tactical, hands-on, projects Region: Rotterdam (NL) High lights: - Responsible for developing, professionalizing and implementing the HR function, policy and strategy on an international scale, aligned with the company's objectives - Focus on Talent Acquisition, Employee Development/engagement, workforce planning, absenteeism policy, employee retention, and fostering and promoting an inclusive and sustainable corporate culture and environment - Ca. 7+ years' experience as HR professional, of which several years in a managerial and multinational setting - Bachelor/Master's degree in HRM, Social Sciences or other relevant studies - Academic level of working and thinking - Preferably experience setting up and managing an international HR department - Combining strategic vision with tactical and hands-on (roll up your sleeves) attitude - Strong business partner, stakeholder management, approachable, acting as a hands-on team leader - English fluently, knowledge of Dutch/German is an advantage - Good, market-competitive employment terms and conditions, hybrid, fulltime Interested?
