Ze ontwerpen en ontwikkelen veel nieuwe producten en vermarkten hun assortiment naar meer dan 40 landen, wereldwijd. Ze zijn een beetje gek, maar wel heel erg leuk! Hun kernwaarden zijn betrokken, Inventief, slagvaardig en zeker ook fun! Functie Als International Key Account Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere commerciële groei. Jouw focus ligt naast het relatiebeheer ook bij het binnenhalen en uitbouwen van accounts binnen supermarkten en non food retail. Dit doe je in de Benelux, Duitsland en enkele andere Europese groeimarkten. Je verkoopt niet zomaar producten, maar ontwikkelt samen met de klant het ideale businessmodel. Denk hierbij aan passende schapconcepten, private label oplossingen en slimme logistieke optimalisatie. In deze rol rapporteer je direct aan onze Commercieel Directeur. DIT MAG JE DOEN… ● Je richt je proactief op business development en bouwt een sterk netwerk op binnen het Modern Trade kanaal. ● Je analyseert de behoeften van grote retailpartners en vertaalt deze naar rendabele concepten, acties of private label mogelijkheden die winstgevend zijn voor zowel de klant als de organisatie. ● Je werkt intern nauw samen met binnendienst, inkoop, marketing en logistiek om beloftes aan de klant vlekkeloos waar te maken en onze commerciële aanpak van 'heel goed' naar 'nog beter' te tillen. ● Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw accounts, voert jaargesprekken, onderhandelt over voorwaarden en stelt concrete groeiplannen op om de omzet en zichtbaarheid van onze merken te maximaliseren. ● Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en consumententrends op de voet en vertaalt deze snel naar commerciële kansen. ● Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie daarnaast op enkele (internationale) beurzen.
