De organisatie ontwikkelt zeer specialistische machines en software voor toepassingen binnen de gezondheidszorg. Veel van de technologie is in eigen huis bedacht en ontwikkeld. Hardware, software en engineering komen daardoor samen in oplossingen die wereldwijd worden gebruikt en direct bijdragen aan het veiliger verwerken en verstrekken van medicatie. Technologisch heeft het bedrijf een bijzondere positie. Het opereert binnen een niche waarin weinig vergelijkbare oplossingen bestaan en werkt met grote professionele klanten verspreid over verschillende werelddelen. Daardoor verkoop je hier geen product dat eenvoudig naast drie concurrenten wordt gelegd. Klanten willen begrijpen wat de technologie doet, hoe deze binnen hun processen past en welke oplossing voor hen het beste werkt. Er werken ongeveer 100 mensen, waaronder eigen software developers en hardware engineers. Het team is internationaal georiënteerd en inhoudelijk sterk, maar intern juist behoorlijk nuchter. Geen formele managementlagen of afstandelijke cultuur. Mensen kennen elkaar, lopen makkelijk bij elkaar binnen en sales werkt rechtstreeks samen met technische specialisten.
