Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Twello en goed bereikbaar met de auto of het openbaar vervoer. Je werkt samen met zo'n 20 collega's in een informele sfeer. De cultuur is open en er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een internationale organisatie waar duurzaamheid en gezondheid centraal staan. Je krijgt vertrouwen en hulp van het team, maar jouw eigen bijdrage maakt echt verschil. Functieomschrijving Als International Sales Administration Officer ben jij de spil in het verwerken van internationale klantorders. Jij zorgt dat alles rondom orderverwerking, exportdocumentatie en klantcontact tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Je schakelt met logistiek, sales en supply chain, zodat elke bestelling op tijd en correct bij de klant komt. Je ondersteunt bij het organiseren van beurzen, handelt klachten netjes af, bewaakt betalingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Iedere dag is anders: soms stel je douanedocumenten op, een andere keer los je een logistiek vraagstuk op. Je werkt 36 uur per week, verspreid over 5 dagen. Af en toe reis je zakelijk. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid zonder leidinggevende taken. Met jouw inzet verspreid je gezonde, plantaardige voeding wereldwijd. Functie-eisen Voor deze rol heb je een hbo-diploma in internationale handel of administratie en minstens 3 jaar ervaring met sales administratie, bij voorkeur in industrie of agri-food.
