Wir verstärken unser Team in Markt Piesting (Wiener Neustadt Land) und suchen ab sofort Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) für die Position 1 International Sales Coordinator (w/m/d) IHRE SPANNENDEN AUFGABEN:

* Unterstützung weltweiter Kunden von WEG

* Hauptansprechpartner für internationale Kunden (E-Mail, Telefon und Online-Kommunikation)

* Koordination des Verkaufsprozesses mit Fokus auf termingerechte Lieferung und Kundenzufriedenheit

* Enge Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen (Einkauf, Planung und Technik) zur Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

* Technischer und kommerzieller Kundensupport für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen

* Pflege und Ausbau starker Kundenbeziehungen und Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten für eine intensivere Zusammenarbeit

* Gelegentliche Auslandsreisen zu Kunden (<10 %)

IHR ÜBERZEUGENDES PROFIL:

* Technische Ausbildung (HTL) mit Matura oder gleichwertig

* Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil)

* Multitasking-Fähigkeiten und Prioritätenmanagement, Organisationsfähigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeit für Details

* Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich

* Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse-Tools (z. B. PowerBI) und KI (z. B. Copilot) ist von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) oder CRMs (z. B. Salesforce) ist von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundensupport ist von Vorteil

* Arbeitserfahrung ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
