Als je goed gedijt op internationale verkoop, strategie en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten, is dit jouw kans om echt het verschil te maken. International Sales Manager - Growing Solutions Als International Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de begrote omzet en marge in jouw regio's en het versterken van de positie van Ridder. Dit doe je door middel van actief beheer van de salesfunnel, het opstellen van offertes, het onderhandelen over deals, het uitvoeren van marktanalyses, het opstellen van verkoopplannen, het bepalen van de beste verkoopstrategie en het uitvoeren daarvan. Je onderhoudt en versterkt bestaande relaties en bouwt nieuwe relaties op, zowel met dealers als met eindgebruikers (tuinbouwbedrijven). Je werkt nauw samen met je inside sales-buddy. Wat je gaat doen - Weet wat er op de markt in uw regio's gebeurt en welke projecten in opkomst zijn. U hebt voortdurend inzicht in verkoopleads en kansen in uw regio's en bij uw klanten. U beheert dit actief in het CRM-systeem HubSpot (funnelmanagement). - Offertes opstellen en deze met klanten bespreken en onderhandelen om opdrachten binnen te halen. - Voer marktanalyses uit voor uw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied, stel de beste verkoopstrategie voor en zorg ervoor dat deze strategie wordt uitgevoerd. - Bestaande relaties (dealers en eindgebruikers) onderhouden, op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen binnen bestaande netwerken en deze kunnen omzetten in omzet. - Op basis van je marktanalyse spoor je nieuwe contacten op en weet je nieuwe partners aan Ridder te binden door proactief op zoek te gaan.
