Je vertaalt de groeistrategie naar dagelijkse realiteit: richting geven, coachen en commerciële successen boeken met je team en distributiepartners. Klanten volledig ontzorgen Van Ommen is al ruim 70 jaar specialist in verspanende gereedschappen voor de metaalbewerking. Vanuit het kantoor in Beekbergen bedient het bedrijf klanten door heel Europa, via gespecialiseerde distributeurs en technische groothandels. Met een assortiment van meer dan 30.000 artikelen en een modern e-commerceplatform biedt Van Ommen innovatieve en betrouwbare oplossingen. Als trots familiebedrijf met 60 medewerkers combineert Van Ommen technische expertise met mensgericht ondernemen. De ambitie? Tot de top 5 leveranciers in Europa behoren en klanten volledig ontzorgen in hun dagelijkse praktijk. Je geeft richting aan een groeiend internationaal team In deze rol geef je direct leiding aan de account managers in Nederland (3,5 FTE) en België (1 FTE). Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de Sales Manager Frankrijk, die op zijn beurt 3 accountmanagers aanstuurt. Jij coacht de teamleden op klantgerichtheid, resultaat en professionele benadering, hierbij altijd afgestemd op hun regio en ervaring. Je brengt structuur, richting en energie, met oog voor cultuurverschillen en individuele kwaliteiten.
