Je werkt nauw samen met lokale salesorganisaties én eindklanten, bouwt langdurige relaties op en vertaalt marktontwikkelingen naar commerciële kansen. Je reist internationaal en speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van duurzame groei. Functie omschrijving In deze rol verkoop je het serviceportfolio van Alfa Laval via lokale sales companies én rechtstreeks aan eindklanten zoals rederijen en scheepswerven. Daarnaast ondersteun en stimuleer je de Sales Offices in hun regio's. Belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Aansturen en realiseren van verkoop van service- en onderdelenoplossingen, direct of via lokale salesvertegenwoordigers (Sales Champions). - Bezoeken van klanten en ondersteunen van sales bij relatiebeheer. - Opstellen en monitoren van salesoverzichten (omzet, potentieel, groeikansen). - Genereren en opvolgen van sales leads. - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische salesplannen in lijn met bedrijfsdoelstellingen. - Ontwikkelen van MPS-portfolio's en marketingmateriaal. - Opstellen van sales forecasts en bepalen van prestatiedoelstellingen. - Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften. - Vertegenwoordigen van Alfa Laval op beurzen en evenementen. - Monitoren van concurrenten en markttrends als input voor productontwikkeling.
