Reageer gelijk! € 4.500 - € 6.000 45 uur Op projectlocaties in Europa, voornamelijk Nederland, Duitsland, Scandinavië en Frankrijk Waar jij blij van wordt: - € 4.500 - € 6.000 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime - Direct dienstverband met uitzicht op een vast contract - Pensioenregeling via Collectief Pensioen - 25 vakantiedagen voor vrije tijd - Bedrijfsauto als onderdeel van je arbeidsvoorwaarden - Reizen binnen Europa en soms daarbuiten voor projecten voornamelijk in Nederland, Duitsland, Scandinavië en Frankrijk - Regelmatig een weekend naar huis in overleg - Veelzijdige en afwisselende functie waarin geen project hetzelfde is - Overuren op zon- en feestdagen tegen 200% mogelijk om te zetten in tijd voor tijd - Projectbegeleiding van montage tot oplevering gedurende het hele traject - Terugkerende klanten en vaste montageploegen om mee te werken - Maatwerkconstructies met verschillende technische uitdagingen op locatie Waar wij blij van worden: - Technische ervaring - 5 jaar ervaring met het coördineren van projecten, aansturen van teams en het bewaken van veiligheid - Je kunt werken met project- en veiligheidsdocumentatie - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pré - Proactieve en probleemoplossende werkhouding Geef jij straks leiding op projecten door heel Europa? Jij krijgt energie van techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en werken op plekken waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Als International Site Supervisor ben jij degene die op locatie het overzicht houdt en ervoor zorgt dat alles goed verloopt. Je stuurt 6 tot 30 monteurs aan en ziet jouw project stap voor stap veranderen van staalconstructie naar eindresultaat. Na de voorbereiding door de Project Manager neem jij het stokje over. Je start de montage op, verdeelt het werk en houdt de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid...
