In this role, you ensure that thousands of colleagues worldwide are processed correctly and compliantly within our payroll operations. You work in an international environment where legislation, systems and operations come together. Together with your team, you contribute directly to a smooth payroll process for employees working on leading dredging, offshore and infrastructure projects across the globe. As Workforce Administration Specialist, you are responsible for reviewing and processing working hours and employment related data for employees working across our international projects and fleet operations. You work closely together with colleagues within HR, Payroll, Global Mobility, Fiscal Affairs and project teams to ensure all payroll related processes are carried out accurately, on time and in compliance with regulations. Within this role, there is a strong focus on assessing international tax related matters and employment conditions for employees working abroad. This includes foreign allowances, fiscal assessments and local tax obligations. In addition, you play an important role in processing and validating data across multiple systems such as GRIP, Workday, the pre payroll tool and AFAS. Since these systems communicate through interfaces, system knowledge and understanding of process flows are essential. You will join an international HR environment where Payroll, Global Mobility and project operations come together.
