Dan is deze tijdelijke functie van Interne communicatie coördinator bij INTOS misschien wel iets voor jou. Als interne communicatiecoördinator zorg jij ervoor dat collega's, van de werkvloer tot de directie, weten wat er binnen en buiten INTOS speelt. Je zorgt voor verbinding, houdt collega's betrokken en neemt ze mee in de plannen voor INTOS 4.0 . Je werkt nauw samen met de externe communicatiecoördinator en speelt een belangrijke rol in de vertaalslag van INTOS naar INTOS 4.0 . Je maakt plannen concreet, brengt verhalen naar buiten en zorgt dat communicatie binnen de organisatie goed loopt. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schrijft, organiseert, maakt en denkt mee. Je haalt actief verhalen op in de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke ontwikkelingen op een goede manier bij onze collega's terechtkomen. Je: - Schrijft en verstuurt de wekelijkse nieuwsbrief en verzorgt de inhoud én vormgeving van het INTOS magazine; - Zet interne campagnes op waarmee je medewerkers informeert, activeert en betrokken houdt; - Werkt de communicatiestrategie verder uit en brengt structuur aan in de communicatiekalender; - Regelt foto's van nieuwe collega's en zorgt dat het proces daaromheen soepel verloopt; - Schrijft interne berichten over evenementen, ontwikkelingen en andere zaken die binnen INTOS spelen. Je gaat zelf op zoek naar verhalen die het delen waard zijn; - Maakt visuele content, zoals afbeeldingen, video's, infographics en presentaties, en coördineert het drukwerk; - Beheert INTOSnet en zorgt ervoor dat informatie actueel en goed vindbaar is.
