Dit is jouw kans om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor interne communicatie rond strategische thema's en organisatieverandering binnen een wereldwijde projectorganisatie. Als Senior Internal Communication Advisor ben je een vertrouwde strategische partner voor het leiderschap en een drijvende kracht achter organisatiebrede communicatie-initiatieven. Je werkt op het snijvlak van bedrijfsstrategie, verandering en medewerkersbetrokkenheid. Je maakt deel uit van het Stakeholders and Sustainability team en rapporteert aan de Lead Communications & Events. Je richt je sterk op HR thema's en werkt nauw samen met het HR Management Team. In deze rol leid je zelfstandig complexe communicatieprogramma's en adviseer je senior stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Je daagt leiders uit, geeft richting en ondersteunt hen bij het vertalen van strategie naar communicatie die zorgt voor begrip, verbinding en actie. Je houdt het overzicht over communicatie van strategie tot uitvoering. Je weet je weg te vinden in een dynamische internationale omgeving met meerdere prioriteiten en stakeholders. Je brengt structuur, duidelijkheid en richting en versterkt continu de impact van interne communicatie binnen Van Oord.
