Als adviseur duurzame monumentenzorg kom je te werken in het team Cultureel erfgoed en Ruimtelijke kwaliteit (CERK), onderdeel van de afdeling Ruimte. CERK bestaat uit 4 clusters, jouw rol valt binnen het cluster cultureel erfgoed. Jouw impact op de stad Als adviseur duurzame monumentenzorg in Maastricht werk je in de 2e monumentenstad van Nederland. Je werkweek bestaat uit: - de advisering in het kader van de omgevingsvergunningen over wijzigingen aan rijksmonumenten en gemeentelijke monumenten en de advisering over de uitvoering van restauratie-, onderhouds- en verduurzamingswerkzaamheden. - de advisering in het kader van de omgevingsvergunning over sloop en wijziging van bouwvolume, situering, kapvorm en goothoogte, gelegen binnen het beschermd stadsgezicht en cultuurhistorisch attentiegebied. - Toetsen van plannen aan wet- en regelgeving, beleidskaders en erfgoedwaarden. - de beoordeling van bouwplannen, inclusief bestekken, restauratieplannen, gebrekenplannen, bouwhistorische onderzoeken en begrotingen. - de advisering over restauratie- en verbouwingsplannen, vergunningen en subsidiemogelijkheden extern aan o.a. architecten, aannemers, monumenteneigenaren en initiatiefnemers alsmede intern aan collega's van bijvoorbeeld stedenbouw, vergunningen, toezicht en handhavers. Daarnaast licht u plannen toe aan de welstands- monumentencommissie en stem je - in geval van rijksmonumen...
