Vacature Interne kwaliteitscontroleur planten Honselersdijk (Westland) 40 uur MBO Jij kent planten. Jij ziet wat anderen missen. Een goede plant herken je niet alleen aan hoe hij eruitziet. Je voelt het aan het gewicht, ziet een beginnende verkleuring en merkt wanneer een partij nét niet de kwaliteit heeft die je verwacht. Heb jij ervaring in de plantenbranche en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit? Dan is dit een functie waarin jouw plantenkennis écht van waarde is. Als Interne kwaliteitscontroleur bij Hamiplant ben jij dagelijks bezig met de kwaliteit van onze kamer- en tuinplanten. Je controleert wat binnenkomt, houdt de voorraad scherp in de gaten en schakelt met inkoop en verkoop wanneer iets niet klopt. Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen kweker, Hamiplant en klant. Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Je start rond 07:30 uur in de hal. De planten die via de veiling binnenkomen, gaan letterlijk door jouw handen. - Je controleert de kwaliteit van binnenkomende planten. Hoe staat de plant erbij? Is hij voldoende op vocht? Hoe is de stevigheid en conditie? - Je loopt langs de binnengekomen karren en ziet snel wanneer iets afwijkt. Een verkleuring, luisje, beschadiging of een partij die niet aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoet: jij signaleert het. - Je schakelt met inkoop wanneer een partij niet voldoet en bijvoorbeeld retour moet. - Je houdt de voorraadkwaliteit in de gaten. Welke planten staan al langer? Wat is nog goed verkoopbaar en waar moeten we actie op ondernemen? - Je overlegt met verkoop over de verkoopbaarheid en denkt mee over bijvoorbeeld een aangepaste verkoopprijs om onnodige uitval te voorkomen. - Je controleert daarnaast zaken als stickers, prijzen en productinformatie. - Je maakt waar nodig foto's voor de webshop en stemt veel af met collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Je zit dus niet de hele dag achter een bureau. Je bent veel in de hal, tussen de planten en midden in het proces. Rond 16:30 uur zit je wer...
