De functie inhoud Wat doe jij als Interne Projectleider regio Gent?

  • Je calculeert bouwprojecten van A tot Z, van ruwbouw tot afwerking, en zorgt voor nauwkeurige en onderbouwde offertes.
  • Je neemt de werkvoorbereiding op je: je plant, coördineert en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor de uitvoering op de werf.
  • Je ontlast en ondersteunt de zaakvoerder in de projectopvolging, zodat hij zich kan focussen op de grotere lijnen.
  • Je gaat occasioneel langs op de werf om de voortgang te controleren en de link te leggen tussen kantoor en uitvoering.
  • Je neemt administratieve taken op zoals facturatie en projectadministratie, zodat dossiers altijd in orde zijn.

Onze klant Deze algemene aannemer regio Gent realiseert residentiële bouwprojecten: van nieuwbouwwoningen en appartementsgebouwen tot complexere renovaties en volledige totaalprojecten. Ruwbouw is hun core business, maar ze begeleiden klanten ook doorheen het volledige bouwproces tot en met de afwerking. De projecten situeren zich hoofdzakelijk in de regio West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.

Het team is compact en hecht: lijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en jouw inbreng telt. De zaakvoerder investeert bewust in mensen die willen groeien!
