Je schakelt moeiteloos met hiring managers en HR, stelt scherpe vacatureteksten op en weet via de juiste kanalen talent te bereiken en te enthousiasmeren. Je zet zowel in op actieve sourcing (direct search) als het effectief benutten van instroom via onze eigen vacaturesite, campus recruitment en andere platforms. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor mensen voer je doeltreffende eerste selectiegesprekken en zorg je voor een soepel vervolgproces. Tegelijkertijd verlies je de candidate experience nooit uit het oog: je zorgt voor een professionele, persoonlijke en positieve beleving van eerste contact tot onboarding. Je werkt zelfstandig, bent flexibel inzetbaar en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van concrete resultaten binnen de beschikbare tijd. Jouw profiel als Interne Recruiter Als parttime interne recruiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken, selecteren en onboarden van talent. Je werkt nauw samen met HR en de afdelingsmanagers om vacatures snel en efficiënt te vervullen en een positieve candidate experience te waarborgen. Wat ga je doen? - Vacatureteksten opstellen en plaatsen op diverse kanalen - Actief kandidaten werven via LinkedIn en andere platforms - Eerste gesprekken voeren en kandidaten selecteren - Vervolggesprekken coördineren met hiring managers - Zorgen voor een professionele en positieve candidate experience Wie ben jij?
