Jobomschrijving

Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst vorm je de schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne diensten. Je ondersteunt het sales team bij de uitwerking en opvolging van projecten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een correcte en professionele service. Je werkt vanuit een farmingrol waarbij de focus ligt op relatiemanagement, ondersteuning en projectopvolging.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes in samenwerking met de accountmanagers
  • Commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning van de buitendienst
  • Analyseren en interpreteren van lastenboeken
  • Advies geven rond technische producten en oplossingen
  • Opmaak van projectdossiers en technische fiches
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, installateurs, architecten en studiebureaus
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van lopende projecten
  • Actief bijdragen aan een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of een technische achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische en/of commerciële functie
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Kennis van SAP, Dialux en MS Office is een pluspunt
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Antwerpen
