Ben jij de analytische duizendpoot die rust bewaart in een dynamische omgeving? Heb je een passie voor techniek én voor mensen? Als Internal technisch support medewerker bij bpost ben jij de cruciale schakel die ervoor zorgt dat het intern netwerk vlekkeloos blijft draaien.

Je bent de "verkeersleider" van het BBox-netwerk. Je staat interne klanten bij met raad en daad. Jouw missie is drieledig:

  • Probleemoplosser: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor storingen. Je analyseert, escaleert indien nodig en lost waar mogelijk technische incidenten zelfstandig op vanop afstand.
  • Analyst & Innovator: Je monitort het netwerk, spot trends en voert root cause analyses uit.
  • Bruggenbouwer: Je werkt nauw samen met interne klanten, deelt je expertise en adviseert/rapporteert over procesverbeteringen.
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een hart voor klantenservice.
  • Communiceren doe je vlot, zowel aan de telefoon als via Teams. Je hebt zowel kennis van het Nederlands als Frans.
  • Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en houdt van data-analyse.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die leergierig is om dé expert te worden.
